About this space: A bright one-bedroom flat with private parking located just off the A41 and M1 in and around London. This cosy flat includes a spacious bathroom, a large bedroom with a workspace and a kitchen/living area complete with a sofa bed (small double size), sleeping up to four guests. Car parking included. Perfect for professionals travelling in and out of London who need parking or families on a budget who can rent a car or are happy to venture out to explore the great city of London! The space: As you approach the building, you'll see some gates leading to the underground car parking area. There is an entrance to the building around the corner near the main side of the road. As you enter, you'll pass the letterboxes on the right and straight ahead, where the lift is. You'll take the lift up to the fourth floor, turn left through the door and then out again to find your home away from home! When you enter the flat, there will be a small corridor, bathroom on your left, bedroom on the right and the kitchen/living area opposite. 1-bedroom flat: When you enter the flat, you have full access to the entire flat and the balcony space. Make yourself at home! (Note: Due to limited storage space, we have some of our materials (bed linen, confectionery, etc.) in the wardrobe. We kindly ask you not to use these materials during your stay). Other things to bear in mind: Train line
Hendon Station - 25 minutes on foot/4 minutes by car or taxi -> Kentish Town: 13 minutes -> Kings Cross: 18 minutes -> Farringdon: 22 minutes -> Blackfriars: 27 minutes; Northern Line Underground; Hendon Central Station - 20 minutes on foot/2 minutes by car or taxi
