What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
In the multicultural, trendy area of Intendente, five minutes walk from Rossio, ten from Chiado and Bairro Alto. Metro by the door. Interior room , next to the WC, in big, sunny, apartment .
There is lots of light, and the buzz of the avenue Almirante Reis with the trams passing by (but no noise since there are double windows). Orthopedic mattress, cotton bed sheets. A cleaner comes once a week.
You have access to the kitchen, bathroom and balcony.
