The comfortable double bed measures 140 cm wide by 200 cm long, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Has a small window that even though it is small still provides plenty of room. This room faces the front of the building having a great view of the street. As a disclaimer we want to inform you that the flat comes furnished as shown in pictures or with equivalent replacements.

Here you pay per Half Month booked. If you move in during the second fortnight of the month, you will only be charged for the second half. If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. Please bear in mind we calculate the first half from the 1st to the 15th of the month, and the second half from the 16th until the last day of the month.
