This co-living apartment is perfect if you love to have your own space and live in a community full of people. It has 6 rooms, meaning you will have all these people to connect with and share your experiences. A couple of minutes away from the metro station of Rato, where you will be able to move around the town easily.
It’s more than just a co-living apartment, this is simply a very big, comfy place. You will find a place to store your food and for the emergency food heat-ups a microwave. 2 shared bathrooms among 6 rooms. A fully-equipped kitchen, with a fridge, washing machine, and other appliances.

Here you pay per Half Month booked. If you move in during the second fortnight of the month, you will only be charged for the second half. If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. Although the type of contract is fortnightly, please notice that (as only exception) in December contracts can only end on 31/12. *Regarding the properties in France managed by this housing provider: CAF assistance can be provided, the amount will depend on the tenant's situation.
