5-bedroom flat on the 5th floor, featuring 2 WCs. The kitchen includes a washing machine and has a small living room equipped with a TV. The building has a lift for your convenience.

o The rent includes 35€/per person of included bills (extras will be deducted from deposit). o A weekly clean of the common areas is also included in the rent. o We offer bed sheets and towels just as shown in the pictures. o The rooms come as shown in the pictures or with an equivalent replacement. o The rooms are for individual use except if we have a previous agreement. o Visits are allowed but they need to be communicated and approved in a timely manner. o All check-ins are done in person, require ID and the deposit paid. o Check-in times during business hours are free any other times will have to be accepted by us and there could be a charge. o We do not allow smoking or pets in the flat.
