Freshly renovated and furnished apartment in the most central location.
In the middle and yet quiet. It couldn't be more central. This city apartment in the neighborhood "Gängeviertel" is on the 3rd floor, at treetop level, in a listed red brick building. With a view to the "Michel- and the Hummel fountain. Overall, the rooms are quite bright, as all rooms have windows except for the hallway. Since there is no road directly in front of the house, and the house and the area as a whole is very quiet, you can sleep with the window open.

Frisch renovierte und eingerichtete Wohnung in zentralster Lage.
Mittendrin und doch ruhig gelegen. Zentraler geht es kaum. Diese Stadtwohnung im Gängeviertel befindet sich in der 3. Etage, auf Höhe der Baumkronen, in einem denkmalgeschützten Rotklinkerhaus. Der Blick geht zum Michel und zum Hummelbrunnen. Die Räume sind insgesamt recht hell, da bis auf den Flur, alle Zimmer Fenster haben. Da sich direkt vor dem Haus keine Straße befindet und das Haus und die Gegend insgesamt sehr ruhig ist, kann man auch bei offenem Fenster schlafen.
