This apartment lives up to its promise: Despite the lively atmosphere of the area it has a green soul. The area is lined with several restaurants and bars, and two big parks. All rooms are spacious and bright, and there is a common balcony in the kitchen, where you can enjoy nice summer evenings with your roommates.

- Room: 20 - 39 years old (18 - 39 years for bedrooms located in Italy)
- Studio and one bedroom apartments: no age requirements (from 18 years old on)

- The deposit and the landlord admin fee ("membership fee") must be paid prior to check-in.
*The check-out date must be communicated to the landlord before the due date (see "rental contract termination period"), regardless of the date entered in the booking request. Otherwise, the rent for the missing months before the contract expiration will be required.
Although the type of contract is fortnightly, please notice that (as only exception) in December contracts can only end on 31/12.
*Regarding the properties in France managed by this housing provider: CAF assistance can be provided, the amount will depend on the tenant's situation.

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
