Newly and completely renovated apartment with entrance to a long hallway from which there is access to all bedrooms, the kitchen and the bathroom. All floors are of solid wood, which is classic for an Copenhagen apartment. Nice kitchen with all necessary appliances and a dining table. Beautiful bathroom with separate shower niche and built-in washer/dryer.

- Important: A prepayment of the last month along with the security deposit is paid to the landlord prior to check-in.
- No check in on weekends or bank holidays, please coordinate with the landlord!
- For all units in Germany, a membership fee of 150€ (one-time payment) needs to be paid directly to the landlord prior to check in.
- Cleaning service: The shared spaces will be cleaned once every 2 weeks + a one-time purchase of linen is included in the room fee (towels, covers, pillow covers).
Please be aware that Spotahome is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible. If you would like to reserve this accommodation, you can make a booking request. After the landlord has accepted your booking request, they will send you an invitation to book a call within 1-2 days to discuss the next steps. After the call, you will be able to sign the rental contract digitally and securely. Please be aware that the booking is only complete after the rental contract has been signed and the first payment has been made.
