There is a functional cooking facility in the room with a 2-burner stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, as well as all necessary utensils and dishes to prepare small meals. The apartment is on the 4th floor with an elevator and has triple-glazed windows, making it very quiet. Parking and charging stations for electric vehicles are available in front of the house.
