Spacious renovated apartment in Art-Deco style from the thirties Wooden floor . Fourth floor with elevator Nicely decorated with original design pieces. Public transport very close and shopping possibilities everywhere, also in late hours. Nice avenue with huge trees and clean! Close to Botanique Brussels , EU institutions , NATO , Josaphat parc, also Steurs square. Highly quoted restaurants very near too. As well as supermarkets like Aldi , Lidl and Intermarché One point seven miles from Brussels city centre and ten minutes drive to Brussels international airport. Very quiet building.
