What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
"Rue du Chatelain": hundreds of restaurants around, posh area but still lively and very convenient. It is geographically in between "Flagey, Brugman". It is the most strategic location to live in. The road is a dead end at the moment because the square is being renovated so the road is really silent.
My younger brother lives in the appartement above and my older brother lives in the Appartement below. The last upper floor is occupied by the company "Animo". There are no children at the moment and no young people partying in the building (parties are not allowed). The building is fully owned by my family. You won't be bothered
