Spotahome's opinion
This brand new studio is located on the 3rd floor of a communal living building. It has a fully-equipped kitchen with mini fridge, dishwasher, oven, electronic stove and sink. The combined bedroom/living room has a table, chairs, wardrobe, a TV that can be hidden out of the way when not needed, a double bed, and views into the courtyard. The bathroom has a large shower unit with a floating toilet. Everything is brand new and the building itself has a great communal living vibe. There is a communal laundry room with washer and dryer, a large shared garden with BBQ and chill area, a fully stocked common kitchen with an oven, venting machine, a lounge room with TV, dinning table and finally, there is also a very large roof top terrace with the best views and a place where you can sun bath without interruption.
This apartment in the neighbourhood of Friedrichshain, close to several parks and shops. Supermarket Kiezmarkt Lebensmittelhandel GmbH is 1 minute down the street with plenty of cafes and restaurants all within a 5-minute walk. To reach other parts of Berlin, transports are all very close-by with Bersarinplatz (Berlin) light rail and buses located on the main major road.
What we liked the most
- The interior of this apartment is new, modern and everything is super clean
- There is TV that can be hidden away in the drawers when not needed to have more space.
- You will have access to several communal areas including a shared terrace, a barbecue, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
- You will be very well connected by public transport and very close to the city center.
