What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
I would suggest to tenants interested in my apartment to make an initial booking for periods not exceeding five/six months (which may be extended later if we both agree, after the initial period).
The flat is rather central and well located for transport: the train station (S-Bahn Bellevue Station) is only six hundred meter away. From there you can travel to Tiergarten, Zoologischer Garten etc. (to the west) or to Berlin Central Station (Berlin Hauptbahnhof), Friedrichstraße, Hackescher Markt, Alexanderplatz etc. (to the east).
Because of its location, the flat is suitable for someone who likes jogging in the park or by the river.
