The building is situated in close proximity to several amenities, including supermarkets, parks and green spaces, restaurants and cafés, and essential services like banks and pharmacies. This means that you’ll have everything you need to unlock your next move in Berlin with full ease and convenience.
Our apartments are purposefully built for both privacy and community. Cook some delicious dinners with your flatmates in your shared and fully equipped kitchen, or gather around the dining area to enjoy a good meal together. The newly built apartments at Simmelstraße are also equipped with shared bathrooms and balconies where you can relax and unwind. Please note that the display of the shared areas in this apartment may vary slightly.

Although the type of contract is fortnightly, please notice that (as only exception) in December contracts can only end on 31/12. *Regarding the properties in France managed by this housing provider: CAF assistance can be provided, the amount will depend on the tenant's situation.
