If you are interested in shopping, you will find the most trendy and coolest brands and shops around here. Most of Berlin’s fast growing start-up scene is located here, as well.
A vibrant neighborhood located in the eastern part of Berlin, Friedrichshain is known for its lively atmosphere, rich history, and cultural scene. Nested at the intersection where the city center meets a picturesque lakeside, the district offers a thriving nightlife and a great mix of parks, bars, cafes, and restaurants, making it one of the most sought-after residential areas for creative communities and young professionals. - Studio and one bedroom apartments: no age requirements (from 18 years old on)

Although the type of contract is fortnightly, please notice that (as only exception) in December contracts can only end on 31/12.
*Regarding the properties in France managed by this housing provider: CAF assistance can be provided, the amount will depend on the tenant's situation.

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
