The apartment is a perfect choice for students and young professionals. The apartment itself is on the ground floor. The flat consists of two floors. There is a big common area with a balcony and a shared kitchen on the first floor. So you can spend and enjoy some time with your flatmates.
On the second floor are 3 rooms and a shared bathroom for 2 rooms. One of the rooms is meant for a couple. So 4 people will be staying at the apartment.
We provide the cleaning service of the common areas once a month and it is already included in the price!
