This stunning 2-bedroom apartment on Stölpchenweg, in Wannsee area is fully furnished and nice and bright. The property has a modern equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with a lovely view of the river , and 2 luminous, generously-sized bedrooms.
There is also a terrace, where you can enjoy the sunshine and a great view of the nature surrounding the property. If you feel like going to the lake, you can access directly from the garden.
The apartment is located in Steglitz-Zehlendorf, south of the city centre. This predominantly residential area is extremely peaceful while remaining well-connected by public transport, and it's close to several museums, green spaces and lakes.
What we liked the most
- Steglitz-Zehlendorf is quiet and well connected to the rest of the city.
- The apartment is spacious, modern and it's nicely decorated.
- There is a study located up stairs, which is also where you will find the terrace.
- The bedroom, living room and kitchen all have a great view of the river.
- The apartment has access to a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy the sun.
- The lake is right outside!
- The property is in a secluded and very green area - perfect...
