This spacious 1-bedroom apartment on Schönhauser Allee, in Prenzlauer Berg has the location and the look. The property is fully furnished, and has a lovely living room that opens out onto a cute balcony. The apartment is stylishly furnished throughout, and there is a modern equipped kitchen, and a quiet courtyard facing double bedroom. Heating is installed to help keep you warm in winter, and there is 1 tidy tiled bathroom.
The apartment is located in Prenzlauer Berg, a hip and well connected spot just north of central Berlin. This diverse area of the city is a great place to eat and drink, and there are plenty of cool bars and excellent restaurants to explore.
What we liked the most
- Prenzlauer Berg is a hip central spot within easy reach of the heart of Berlin.
- The balcony looks out over the lush green courtyard, and makes an excellent spot for your morning coffee.
- The apartment has a simple but stylish decor.
- Central heating is installed throughout to help keep you warm in winter.
- The kitchen is spacious and well equipped, with plenty of bench space to cook.
- The comfortable living room has a big L-shaped sofa, tailor made for relaxation.

- The apartment is located on the 1st floor and there is no elevator.
