The fully equipped kitchen is exceptionally spacious, with its dining area, which can also be used as a work area. The bathroom, tiled in pleasant colors, has a bathtub and a washing machine. The apartment is ideal for 1-2 people who want to live in a quiet house in a pleasant neighborhood. The couch in the living room can also serve as a sofa bed for a guest.
