You will love the welcoming feel of this charming 32 m² studio apartment, decorated using vibrant yellow and blue tones. It offers a main room containing a double bed and a living area where you will find two sofas and a TV. There is also one modern bathroom, and this exterior apartment has a cute little balcony overlooking the street.

It is located on Carrer de la Cera, a picturesque street situated in El Raval. A four-minute walk will take you to the Mercat de San Antoni, one of the biggest markets in Barcelona, where you can buy a variety of products including fish, meat, fruit and vegetables, household items, second hand clothing and books. This affordable exterior apartment offers very good value for money, and is ideal for couples looking for private accommodation in a central and well-connected area.

What we liked the most

  • There is a well-equipped kitchen where you will find a gas stove, a microwave and a mini oven. You can step outside to the Mercat de Sant Antoni for some inexpensive fresh produce, and cook healthy meals at home.
  • There are two double sofas, and one is them is positioned to separate the double bed from the living area, creating more privacy.
  • There is a desk with a chair, providing you with a quiet place to study or work.
  • There is a washing machine in the apartment, allowing you to do your laundry at home.

Things to keep in mind

  • Bills are not included in the monthly rent.
  • Heating is provided using bottled gas.
  • The bathroom is split in two parts, with the toilet in one room and the shower and sink in another.
