There are rooms for rent in this 3-bedroom apartment in Eixample. The common spaces includes a living room, a terrace, a kitchen and a bathroom. The living room comes furnished with a lovely dining table where you can also study. The kitchen is spacious and comes fully equipped. There is also a lovely terrace, where you can enjoy the sun.

The location is great as you will be living close to historical and cultural landmarks such as the Sagrada Familia which is a must visit. Around here, you will also find several restaurants, bars as well as parks where you can take a nice stroll.

Bedroom 2 is a spacious room which comes furnished with a single bed and a wardrobe. The landlord is also willing to add a desk if requested. The window in the room also lets in a lot of natural light! Also, since we visited, the landlord removed the 2 seats you can see in the photo. Now there is a desk + chair. Good for study.
