Sunlit private room with queen size bed and views to lush gardens, private bathroom. Garden and swimming pool. Close to best private and public universities and international schools. Upscale safe and quiet residencial neighbourhood, proximity to all public transport (bus, tram, trains, airport), parking in house available upon request . Daily cleaning service on weekdays and weekly change of sheets and towels are included in the price, laundry service available on request as well as half board or fullboard all on request at extra cost. We are a quiet international familiy. Languages spoken : English, Spanish, Catalan, German and basic French. Our pet is an adopted mix of Cavallier King Charles Spaniel and French Breton now 13 years old and very sleepy. NO SMOKING. Ideal for someone who needs privacy but cherishes company if wanted and needs lots of calm to study or work. If you like to party at home and want to have always people coming over or stay with you, our room is not a match and you will not be happy.
