It overlooks a very large inner courtyard, and being a very central building is quiet, in spring you can hear even the birds.
It has a beautiful wooden deck with double bed, and chill out space, and spaces underneath.

Elegant modernist dressing table, made of wood and marble in “Art Deco” style.
Closet and bench with more storage.
Gallery in private independent space all glazed and very luminous with its desk, a drawing easel (optional), and large clothesline.
