Charming and bright flat in the historic centre of Barcelona. Completely refurbished flat that preserves original elements and parquet floors. Spacious entrance hall. Fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine and dryer. Weekly cleaning of common areas. Living area with Smart TV and balcony. Efficient Wifi. Fourth floor with lift. Doorman in the building. Double room with option of double or single bed as needed, desk, wardrobe, bedside table, sheets and towels included. Very well communicated, 3 min walk from the metro stop L3 (Liceo). Close to Plaça Catalunya and the Port Vell area. Lovely restaurants and bars, pharmacies, supermarkets and all kind of facilities around. I am looking for a quiet and tidy person. No pets. No couples.
