This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is for rent on Carrer del Montseny in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat. Ideal apartment for one person or a couple, it consists of a spacious double room, a large living room with a sofa, and a large table with its corresponding chairs. The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook, and the bedroom has a double bed. There is a large shower in the bathroom as well as a sink and toilet.

The space is completely exterior, it has a small balcony with a clear and bright view of the neighborhood square and a window facing the same side in the double room. High-quality finishes, parquet floors, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, hob, extractor hood, microwave. This apartment does not have a washing machine as there is no space and there is no proper facility for its use, so you should go to the launderette which is a 5-minute walk away.

The Hospitalet de Llobregat neighborhood is an area of ​​the Barcelona metropolitan area. Nearby you will find the Torrassa L1 station that communicates directly with Plaza España and Plaza Catalunya in just a few minutes. You can find multiple supermarkets, bars, restaurants and bus, RENFE and metro connections. The Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya is around 20-minutes away by metro or tram, and there are a few restaurants or shops nearby as well.

Landlord policies

  • Registration is possible as long as the length of stay is at least 6 months. You must confirm that you are unregistered when you leave the property.
