This apartment is located on Compte d'Urgell Street, in the Eixample district, and offers a functional layout with outdoor spaces and comfort for medium-term stays. The living-dining room is spacious and has a sofa, television, and a dining table for six people. From here you can access two outdoor balconies that provide natural light throughout the day, one of which is ideal for sitting outdoors.
The kitchen is separate, practical, and fully equipped with everything you need for everyday life: it has ample work surfaces, kitchen utensils, appliances, a sandwich maker, and a capsule coffee machine, ideal for preparing quick and easy breakfasts.
The sleeping area includes three bedrooms. The master bedroom is a suite with a double bed, wardrobes, television, private bathroom with shower, and direct access to a balcony. The other two bedrooms are single: one equipped with a wardrobe and the other adapted as a children's bedroom with bunk beds. In addition, the apartment has an additional guest bathroom.

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.
It is necessary to prove the temporary natureof the stay with documentation (remote work for a limited time, work with a start and end date, studies, renovations in a habitual residence, tourism, medical treatment)

- Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
- Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
- Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.
The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.
