Located in the central Aragó street, this three-bedroom apartment is an excellent option for those looking to enjoy Barcelona from a strategic location, with comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces. The living-dining room combines modern aesthetics and functionality, with a large sofa, TV and a dining area ideal for day-to-day living. From this room there is direct access to an impressive 70 m² terrace, equipped with sofas, sun loungers and shaded areas, perfect for sunbathing, reading or sharing a meal outdoors in a relaxed and private environment.

The kitchen is independent and fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, facilitating a comfortable and practical stay. The house has three double bedrooms, one of them en suite with bathroom with shower and area with table and chair to study and work, the second is practical with views to the outside and the third is a double with closets and overlooking the terrace. To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.
