The kitchen is independent, fully equipped with appliances such as microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all utensils, and also has access to a second balcony, ideal for ventilation and to take advantage of even more natural light. The storage space is generous, allowing you to keep everything tidy with ease. To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.
