This temporary rental apartment stands out for its spaciousness, functionality and, above all, for its impressive 13m² private and independent terrace, which you will surely appreciate, the perfect place to enjoy Barcelona's climate.

The day area offers a bright living room with direct access to the balcony, overlooking the city, ideal for relaxing outdoors. The kitchen, modern and fully equipped with integrated appliances, has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine and utensils so you have everything at hand.

In the night area, the apartment has two bedrooms, both with closets to store your things and plenty of natural light. The bathroom is functional, equipped with a shower and separate sink.

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

It is necessary to prove the temporary natureof the stay with documentation (remote work for a limited time, work with a start and end date, studies, renovations in a habitual residence, tourism, medical treatment)

    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
