This 50m2 apartment is perfectly located and has everything you need to make the most of your stay in Barcelona.

The living room is comfortable and bright, has access to a cozy balcony overlooking Carrer de Lepant. The kitchen is modern and integrated and has all the utensils and appliances to cook from home. It also has a small table for quick meals and breakfasts.

The sleeping area has 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, desk, chest of drawers and closet. The second bedroom has a single bed and an open closet. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower

The property has an elevator, but to access the apartment there is a small flight of stairs. It also has heating, air conditioning in the main room and high speed wifi.

A few minutes walk from the spectacular Sagrada Familia, this area of Barcelona has a residential atmosphere, very familiar and close. It has all kinds of essential services around such as supermarkets, local stores, bars and restaurants with terraces, where you can enjoy the atmosphere of Barcelona.

The apartment is located very close to Gaudi Avenue, which joins two important architectural works: The Sant Pau Modernist Site and the Basilica of the Sagrada Familia. This avenue, full of trees and terraces invites you to enjoy a drink while appreciating the tremendous monuments.

At the same time, it is very well connected to reach any part of Barcelona. The nearest metro stop is Sagrada Familia (L2/L5), a 5-minute walk away.

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.
