Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) Can you imagine having a cup of coffee on the sofa of your house and having the imposing view of the Sagrada Familia in the background? In this 60m2 apartment you will not have to imagine it.
The day area consists of a bright and modern living room. It is decorated in neutral tones with an avant-garde style where the protagonist is definitely the view. Two large windows open onto the balcony to give way to tremendous spectacle, the basilica of the Sagrada Familia that in front, looks empowered and beautiful.
The kitchen is independent, and is fully equipped with everything you need to cook from your arrival.
The sleeping area consists of a spacious bedroom, which has a double bed and a large closet to store everything you need. An additional room, equipped as a study, will be perfect if you are teleworking or studying from home. Both spaces have a balcony and the same exquisite view of the basilica. The apartment has a full bathroom with shower.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi.
The neighborhood: The location could not be better. In Provenza street, in the central and quiet neighborhood of Eixample; surrounded by bars, restaurants, supermarkets and all kinds of stores.
The apartment is located in front of the Sagrada Familia, a monumental work of the Catalan architect Gaudí. Two large squares, located at the back and front of the basilica, serve as public spaces where you can enjoy outdoor activities. In addition, the Gaudí Avenue, which is located next to the floor, breaks diagonally with the urban grid, and has a series of bars and avant-garde cafes where people gather to enjoy the spectacular view of this tremendous work.
The nearest station is located 1 minute from the apartment, "Sagrada Familia (L2/L5). Diagonal Avenue is 7 minutes away, and the charming Paseo Sant Joan, a 9-minute walk, where you will find a number of bus stops as well as a great gastronomic offer.

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.
It is necessary to prove the temporary natureof the stay with documentation (remote work for a limited time, work with a start and end date, studies, renovations in a habitual residence, tourism, medical treatment)

Rules:
- Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
- Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
- Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.
The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.
