A beautiful apartment with high quality finishes of 75 m2, with two double bedrooms, is waiting for you in the neighborhood of Sant Marti to enjoy your stay in Barcelona from the first day.

A hallway welcomes you to the heart of the apartment. The day area has a nice living room with sofa and TV, is spacious and dining area with a table and chair to enjoy friends and family at home, it is very bright thanks to its exit to the balcony that incorporates an outdoor table and 2 chairs to enjoy the luxury of the sun and the Mediterranean breeze of Barcelona.

Very close you get the open kitchen with bar. It is fully equipped and with all the necessary appliances. It is a comfortable, practical and state-of-the-art kitchen.

The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms and a study. The first exterior room very close to the living room is double and bright, with closets to store all your belongings. The second bedroom is also double and with closets and decorated with a lot of charm.

If you need to work or study you have a study type room with table and chairs so you can concentrate in those moments of long hours of work at home.

Finally a complete bathroom with shower complete the apartment.

The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi.

This is one of the favorite areas in Barcelona for its quiet environment and at the same time fully supplied with all services. It also has an interesting gastronomic offer and is surrounded by small squares that are perfect for relaxing and strolling. The Hospital Sant Pau, a jewel of Catalan modernist architecture, is located very close to the apartment.

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.
