Cosy studio in the heart of Barcelona. Perfect for one person or a couple, the location could not be better as it is super central but it is located in a small and not too busy street.

It is located in the Gothic Quarter, very close to Plaza Catalunya, Paseo de Gracia, the Gran Corte Ingles and La Rambla.

The flat is delivered with towels and bed linen on arrival. The flat itself is furnished and the kitchen is cosy and comes with ceramic hob, oven, fridge and microwave.....

There is no private parking, however you will find public parking about 250 metres from the flat.

There is no washing machine. There are two laundrettes, both within a 10 minute walk.

This flat does not have air conditioning, but being a flat in an old building it maintains a very pleasant temperature despite the high temperatures in Barcelona.

Things to keep in mind

  • Admin fee:
  • 1-2 months: 550€ + VAT.
  • 3-5 months: 700€ + VAT.
  • 6-9 months: 900€ + VAT.
  • 10-11 months: 1290€ + VAT
  • Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. Monthly utilities fee: 120 euros. At the end of the stay the real cost will be calculated. In case the consumption is significantly exceeded in some of the months, the tenant will be informed and an extra charge will be made.

Landlord policies

Fees to pay before check in:

  • The admin fee varies depending on the length of the contract.
  • The deposit varies between one or two months depending on the length of stay (single mandatory payment before check in).
  • First month's bills.
  • Final cleaning.
  • Payment method: bank transfer or credit card.

If the booking is made more than 30 days in advance, when the booking is confirmed the admin fee will have to be paid, which is never refundable. All other payments are due 15 days prior to arrival.

If the booking is made less than 30 days in advance, the following must be paid at the time of confirmation:

  • First month's bills
  • Final cleaning
  • Admin fee
  • Deposit

In case of cancellation only the deposit will be refunded.

Check in info:

  • Our reception is located at Passatge Sert, where you can pick up your key between 09:00 and 19:30 from Monday to Friday (except on public holidays from Monday to Friday).
  • If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or on a public holiday during the week), the keys will be collected from Aribau street, from 09:00 to 19:30.

Bed linen and towels are included.
