Subiendo la escalera se encuentra la cocina, la sala de estar y la terraza. Hacia el otro extremo del piso se encuentra una habitación con puerta corredera y una zona de teletrabajo. También un patio interior donde está la lavadora y es posible tender ropa. Piso muy tranquilo y a la vez próximo a la rambla de Poblenou donde encontrara muchos comercios y restaurantes.
