Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months)

This brand new and brand new apartment of 72m2 is perfect if you are looking for a central and at the same time quiet place, and also has all the amenities. The day area consists of a cozy living room with integrated kitchen, in the comfortable sofa you can relax and enjoy your favorite programs as it converts into a sofa bed. The kitchen is modern, and is equipped with all the utensils, utensils and appliances needed for cooking, such as ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. The sleeping area has 2 double bedrooms, each with closet. In addition a third bedroom equipped as a practical study, ideal if you work or study from home. The bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower and a toilet. The apartment has air conditioning, gas heating and wifi. Towels are included.

The neighborhood: The location is privileged, in the Eixample neighborhood. The area is very quiet and residential, it is always one of the favorites of Barcelona. It is very well supplied with all kinds of stores, restaurants and bars, supermarkets, as well as squares and parks located in the surroundings. La Rambla and Paseo de Gracia, 2 of the most important streets of the city are located a few minutes from the apartment, where you will find urban and tourist landmarks such as the houses of the architect Gaudí, as well as a wide range of stores and fashion boutiques. The apartment is located one block away from Enrique Granados Street, known for its wide variety of trendy bars and restaurants that open their terraces onto the street. In front of the apartment, you will find the nearest station: "Provença" (L6, L7, S1, S2, S5, S6, S7), which is part of the Railway network and connects you to the outskirts of the city.

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.
