Located near the train and bus station, making it easy to move around. • 10 minutes from Poniente Beach and 15 minutes from San Lorenzo Beach. • Not a blue parking zone—you can park for free nearby. • The room has a single bed with an extra pull-out bed underneath. • Short-term rental only—ideal for those starting a new life in Gijón or staying for a course or training. • No pets allowed.
